Job Description

Minimum Years Experience:  One year

JANITOR

The Janitor cleans and keeps in an orderly condition designated work areas.  Duties involve a combination of the following: Stripping, waxing, buffing, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping, operation of floor maintenance and other cleaning equipment, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, high and low dusting, polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and waste removal and other duties as assigned.  Moves and arranges heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances.  Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.  Responds to on site customer request.  Must have experience that includes stripping and waxing.  Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs

Applicant will be subject to passing DMV, drug testing and background checks.

Must have valid driver’s license.

Minimum age requirement: 21 years old

Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing, background and reference check
